My career was founded on Facebook and Twitter, in the glory days of organic reach and 140 character limits. Since then I have built out highly engaged social channels from the ground up and directed social media strategies for global brands. I also tweeted the Australian Prime Minister once. She tweeted back.


Redbubble

Organic social MARKETING & STRATEGY - 2014 - 2018

The goal: Develop brand awareness and loyalty via high quality, organic social content across multiple platforms.

My impact:

  • Built out Redbubble’s social presence from the ground up, to an audience of 1M+, across Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Pinterest and Tumblr.

  • Developed the social voice and content for Redbubble’s Facebook, Instagram, Redbubble Create Instagram, and Twitter channels.

  • Maintained an above industry average engagement rate for content across Instagram and Facebook.

  • Curated marketplace content to engage a global audience, and align with key business metrics.

Influencer Marketing - 2016 - 2018

The goal: Reach new audiences and develop deep brand loyalty via influencer marketing campaigns.

My impact:

  • Concepted, developed and helped execute Redbubble’s influencer engagements for Back to School and Holiday.

  • Onboarded and managed relationships with 50+ social media influencers from across the globe.

  • Approved and edited content, ensuring brand authenticity.

  • Achieved a 20x ROAS via influencer marketing, while growing brand awareness and loyalty.

PAID SOCIAL MARKETING - 2016 - 2018

The goal: Develop campaigns around cultural trends to acquire new audiences. Effectively remarket to existing customers to maintain brand loyalty.

My impact:

  • Developed, A/B tested, and executed paid social content across Facebook and Instagram.

  • Grew the Redbubble community by developing acquisition campaigns around viral trends, such as Catana Comics. Executed these campaigns at a ~5x ROAS.

  • Executed remarketing campaigns at a 4x ROAS, aligning with promotion objectives.
